“From Annie in the first instance supplying additional photographs and advice through to Steve sorting the delivery and following up the safe arrival this company were a pleasure to deal with. “Wow what a company this is absolutlely fabulous from start to finish. Regular communication throughout order process/delivery. Courtesy call on receipt of product to check all is ok. Ease of website to order. Our illuminate light fixtures looks amazing. Excellent quality item.”

“KES supplied a bathroom light without fitting instructions. I called and was told (apparently by the Managing Director) that they didn't have any instructions and couldn't help. Due to the lack of instructions, the light got damaged in the process of working out how to fit it. KES were completely unhelpful about providing a replacement and simply wanted to wash their hands of it. To cap it all a different employee later sent me the fitting instructions - which they had had all along! My advice is not to touch this supplier with a bargepole!”
