“Came with damaged lid and 2 of the same part and missing another part. Customer service was awful. Finally got to a supervisor who was equally unhelpful. Ultimately that would not stand behind their product and said I would have to take it to the store I purchased it from (I ordered online). Getting ready to start that process. I will never buy a Keter brand product again.”
“I purchased a 165 gallon deck storage from Sam's and it was missing 2 parts. When I called their number I was told they would mail the missing parts in 7-10 days. Then after several days was told too return it to Sam's club. It was a cumbersome item and the return was difficult. When I returned it I saw that they had several Keter items being returned.”

“Received a keter shed 2 weeks ago, i had ordered from Argos. I phoned Keter asking why they had 2 boxes on the package but only one delivered. They told me Argos packaged it! Argos deny this! Inside the package is half a shed. Do not trust either Argos or Keter. Am stuck with this very expensive half shed. Getting nowhere. Sainsburys are the Customer service and for a week kept telling me it was all in the one package. They are all just money mad with not one ounce of professionalism between them. There are at least 61 parts missing (not including the small parts which may or may not be there), the fitter had seen enough & wasnt going to open the tiny parts. There is a bent metal pole in the box too. How do i get service from anyone on this matter, when you all blame each other? I note that several others are having the same problems and Keter are not responding. Can someone help me please?”

I bought a shed from this company at The Home Depot and hired some contractors to demolish the old shed and assemble the one from Keter.
On May 20, while unboxing the new shed, the contractors realized that there's a part missing in the box. That itself was already a hassle but we understand that problems can happen so we proceed with contacting the company.
My wife called Keter right away and explained the situation to a customer service representative. After 1h or so on the phone (it usually takes at least 30+ minutes for someone to answer the phone, not to mention when the call hangs up before someone answers it), my wife said the agent seemed confused but gave her a case number and 5 to 10 business days for the part to arrive .
On June 3, after 10 business days, the part had not arrived and I called to follow up. The agent who I spoke with said that, not only the first agent had not taken proper notes on the missing part (she didn't even take note on the shed model) but also had registered our home address as a place in Quebec (I am in Guelph ON just about 865km distant ) , which means that our case had never been addressed for the first 2 weeks , a total mess.
This agent said that he had updated our address in the system and sent a note to the warehouse to ship us the part ASAP and, for the second time, gave me 5 to 10 business days for the part to arrive. Insane.
Monday, June 13, in the morning, I called Keter one more time since the part had not arrived yet and I was not fully convinced that it had been shipped. The agent this time said it had been shipped and gave me a FedEx tracking number, which I checked while with him on the phone.
The part had really been shipped on June 7 , but guess where it is going to? Quebec. I just could not believe it. (Screenshot below).
He then opened a new case now assuring that the address was correct now and , for the third time in 3 weeks I head 5 to 10 business days wait . đ
I asked the agent to speak with a supervisor since this became unsustainable and I understand the company should compensate me for the inconvenience plus the fact that I'll have to get my contractor again for another day to finish the job since this was totally unexpected.
I was put on hold for some more minutes until the agent told me the supervisor was "in a meeting" and was gonna call me back.
Didn't hear back from them on Monday and tried on Tuesday , unsuccessfully, to call them for many times until I gave up, the call was never answered or got dropped. I have a job and my time is highly valuable to deal with Keter's waiting time (see call logs below). Totally disrespectful with the customer.
Wednesday June 14, I finally managed to speak with them, the same agent who had answered me on Monday picked the call again this time, he remembered of the case and put me again on hold to speak with a supervisor, he came back and said again that I'd get a call yesterday from the supervisor or from himself this morning for follow up .
Have you guys got a call from them ? Neither had I.
This is unacceptable. We're almost halfway into summer, my old shed is demolished, my garden stuff is packed in my garage, I can't make proper use of my backyard and nobody from Keter cared to call me back not even to follow up.
Terrible company to deal with, worst and most disrespectful customer service possible ever. Run away from this company if you want to avoid headaches.

“Purchased an expensive storage shed and it came with a broken hinge. Have left multiple messages for the company and have been on hold for customer service multiple times with no answer or response. It is impossible to contact anybody for service. Completely unacceptable business practices.”
“Six of a possible eight hinges on our two Keter storage units broke nearly immediately. When I contacted Keter it took me nearly a year (yes, a year) to get an actually informative response as to how to replace the hinges. Unfortunately, the answer I got from the customer service representative was âyour boxes are a very old product line, and we arenât in the business of selling replacement parts. Maybe try to find different hinges at Home Depotâ. It appears the company went downhill after being purchased by a PE firm in 2016.”
“bought the box at sam's in lexington and got home half the parts were missing and called the company and finally got through on the phone and they mailed us the parts and some of them were missing. emailed them and still have not heard anything back.”
“Like every other review I would agree that Keter is devoid of any customer service or design engineering. Firstly the shed came with no instructions and required my sourcing on the Internet assembly details from one of their other similar models. Broken hinges and the flimsy material for the structure results in the whole assembly looking cheap and thrown together. Sitting on the phone for 30-45 minutes listening to how important my call is on both the Canadian and US toll free numbers is irritating.
After using their email contact and receiving the automated reply I waited in excess of a week for their contact within 2 working days. I resorted to buying an epoxy glue for plastic and repairing at my expense the damage parts since I firmly believe I will not be hearing from them. Will I get a long usage out of this shed... I'm not sure it will make it through the first winter!!!”
“Purchased a Keter shed from Home Depot Canada and installed it in November. In February the door hinges broke, the floor cracked and one of the wall panels cracked due to the brittleness of the material in the cold weather. Home Depot kicked me over to Keter to file a warranty claim. Tried multiple times to contact them. They refuse to respond. Horrible service. Don't buy Keter products.”

“Bought 3 Tall Utility cabinets and 2 XL Utility cabinets. Opened the first two boxes and BOTH had missing parts. I wonât even bother opening the rest of the boxes and will return to Lowes.”
“Bought a tall storage cabinet from Lowe's. It did not have all of the parts. Contacted Keter per the instructions multiple times for the missing parts. The auto response was they would get back to me within 2 days. Finally took it back to the for exchange and the second one had more missing parts than the first. Don't buy anything from this company.”
“Product broke before warranty was up. Emailed multiple times and they would not respond until after warranty was expired. I then offered to purchase the replacement part and they said someone would be in touch. 2 years later, I have never heard from them and they continue to not respond to requests. I think they are just a scam at this point, and there really is no customer service or company at all.”
“Ordered a huge Storage Shed from Keter via Costco Website. Unfortunately it was shipped directly from Keter which means we were subjected to Keter Customer Service and not Costco. Keter delivered a couple of hundred pound storage shed and left it in our driveway half open. When we asked the driver if he could put it in the backyard he said NO. I am 5'2 and cannot lift or move this item. When Costco reached out to Keter to see if they could send someone back out to help me. Keter said it's the customers responsibility not ours and would not help. Wow just Wow. Retailers should stop doing business with this company. I call on Wayfair, Costco, Overstock.com and others who pride themselves in customer service to stop carrying products from a business who operates like this.”

I called keter for missing parts as all hardware was missing and was told they don't have any parts and do not know when they will get any. so in the end 170 $ out the window .. “If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke no one knows what there doing. My shed broke sent pictures was told there was no parts available. Then told if I provided a receipt I would get a refund. Sent the receipt and had to follow up with the company. Told I qualify for a refund and would be processed through PayPal in 24 hours. After 3 days no refund I followed up yet again. I was told there was no record of refund being approved though they record calls? Then I was asked when I bought the shed when I answered I was told sorry that Shed is no longer in warranty. What a joke do not ever buy these products not built to last or guaranteed. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase something reputable”
