“Like every other review I would agree that Keter is devoid of any customer service or design engineering. Firstly the shed came with no instructions and required my sourcing on the Internet assembly details from one of their other similar models. Broken hinges and the flimsy material for the structure results in the whole assembly looking cheap and thrown together. Sitting on the phone for 30-45 minutes listening to how important my call is on both the Canadian and US toll free numbers is irritating.
After using their email contact and receiving the automated reply I waited in excess of a week for their contact within 2 working days. I resorted to buying an epoxy glue for plastic and repairing at my expense the damage parts since I firmly believe I will not be hearing from them. Will I get a long usage out of this shed... I'm not sure it will make it through the first winter!!!”
“Purchased a Keter shed from Home Depot Canada and installed it in November. In February the door hinges broke, the floor cracked and one of the wall panels cracked due to the brittleness of the material in the cold weather. Home Depot kicked me over to Keter to file a warranty claim. Tried multiple times to contact them. They refuse to respond. Horrible service. Don't buy Keter products.”
“Ordered 6 cabinets for garage. Three of the six packages were short on parts so I used what I could to complete as many units as possible. I was lucky enough to get five completed. After waiting nearly a half hour for customer service I pleaded my case and received parts within 5 days. Unfortunately, due to my mistake I neglected to include two missing doors in my original request. Again I waited nearly half hour and explained my mistake. They said they would send out doors right away. I waited 7 days and called again for update. They had not shipped but would do so in three days. That would have been 10 days. It has been 25 days now and no doors. Will not call and wait on phone for another half hour...will go to plan B. Cabinets are flimsy, shelves sag with minimal weight, door handles pull away from mounting hardware and customer service reps lie. Just my experience...take your chances if you must.”
“Bought a shed at Home Depot. The shed was installed in September. After all the snow melted we noticed that one of the doors was cracked. Keter product therefore they were advised by Home Depot and advised by Keter that they would be in contact with us after 2 day. To date we have not been contacted by the company going on 2 weeks now. I guess they don't care about client's dissatisfaction with there product.

“Bought a tall storage cabinet from Lowe's. It did not have all of the parts. Contacted Keter per the instructions multiple times for the missing parts. The auto response was they would get back to me within 2 days. Finally took it back to the for exchange and the second one had more missing parts than the first. Don't buy anything from this company.”
“Product broke before warranty was up. Emailed multiple times and they would not respond until after warranty was expired. I then offered to purchase the replacement part and they said someone would be in touch. 2 years later, I have never heard from them and they continue to not respond to requests. I think they are just a scam at this point, and there really is no customer service or company at all.”
“Ordered a huge Storage Shed from Keter via Costco Website. Unfortunately it was shipped directly from Keter which means we were subjected to Keter Customer Service and not Costco. Keter delivered a couple of hundred pound storage shed and left it in our driveway half open. When we asked the driver if he could put it in the backyard he said NO. I am 5'2 and cannot lift or move this item. When Costco reached out to Keter to see if they could send someone back out to help me. Keter said it's the customers responsibility not ours and would not help. Wow just Wow. Retailers should stop doing business with this company. I call on Wayfair, Costco, Overstock.com and others who pride themselves in customer service to stop carrying products from a business who operates like this.”
“bought an xl utility cabinet. there was just the outer shell in box. I called keter for missing parts as all hardware was missing and was told they don't have any parts and do not know when they will get any. so in the end 170 $ out the window .. DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY there is no support for missing parts...”
“I bought a high chair and after a few months of use, the cap that attaches to the tray of the high chair cracked. I contacted customer service via email and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement without many questions.

“If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke no one knows what there doing. My shed broke sent pictures was told there was no parts available. Then told if I provided a receipt I would get a refund. Sent the receipt and had to follow up with the company. Told I qualify for a refund and would be processed through PayPal in 24 hours. After 3 days no refund I followed up yet again. I was told there was no record of refund being approved though they record calls? Then I was asked when I bought the shed when I answered I was told sorry that Shed is no longer in warranty. What a joke do not ever buy these products not built to last or guaranteed. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase something reputable”
“Very poor customer service. Bought a Keter shed from B&Q and there were two pieces missing without which I cannot finish putting it together.
I requested these via email but i have heard nothing back not even an acknowledgement that my request was even received.
I tried to call and got a message saying their offices are now closed and opening hours are 0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday. Even though I called during those hours!
Shed itself looks okay but I cannot say for sure until it is built and I cannot finish building it without the missing parts. And customer service is non-existent.
Overall - avoid. Very poor.”
“I purchased a high quality Keter Fusion 757 Composite Shed from Home Depot Canada on March 14, 2015 for ~$1240 CAD. The shed has a 10 year warranty. The door hinge pin wore down from normal opening and closing of the door, which is a common defect of this shed reported frequently among consumers (FN CL, and FN C1 are the failed components). I've contacted Keter with photos, receipt, proof of purchase, over 12 times across four months. Each call, they tell me to wait for my approved refund. There is no follow-up or refund. They do not manufacture the parts I need, so can't send parts to fix the issue. It's been ~3 months of chasing Keter customer support. A warning for others who might purchase from this brand, that while they are courteous to speak to and easy to reach, they don't follow through on refunds or issue resolution.”

It states that each shelf can hold "Load per shelf: 55 lbs equally distributed weight" The total evenly distributed load was less than 20 lbs all together. Not even a week later the cabinet started bowing, causing a piece to break as to making it unusable. I took it back to Lowes for a refund and they told me to contact the company. Keter said they would mail me the replacement parts. Here it is 6 months later and still no parts and now I don't even receive a response regarding this. I'm about to take it back to Lowe's and I better get a refund! I went to Walmart and purchased a UltraHD Heavy-Duty Tall Storage Cabinet, Satin Graphite for $110 in March, and it's holding up great!”
“I ordered a Keter Sparkle Storage cabinet on 7/01/2021. It arrived on 7/09/2021. There was an important part missing so I contacted Keter customer service on 7/11/21. The said they would ship the part but it would take 2 weeks. That seemed liked a long time but I had no choice. It did not arrive so I re-contacted Keter on 7/23/21. They informed me that the part was being shipped from Israel and they would expedite the delivery and I should receive it in one week. When it did not arrive I called again on 7/30/21. I was then told it should arrive in a couple of days. It did not arrive so I called again on 8/9/21. Now I'm being told it will be another 2 weeks? This has been a total nightmare. Don't buy from this company. They lie and there customer service is terrible”
