Very poor customer service. Bought a Keter shed from B&Q and there were two pieces missing without which I cannot finish putting it together. I requested these via email but i have heard nothing back not even an acknowledgement that my request was even received. I tried to call and got a message saying their offices are now closed and opening hours are 0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday. Even though I called during those hours! Shed itself looks okay but I cannot say for sure until it is built and I cannot finish building it without the missing parts. And customer service is non-existent. Overall - avoid. Very poor.

Horrible. Ordered a shed June 21/2021. Delayed 4 times and now due to arrive October 8th! Really guys? 5 month?

I purchased a high quality Keter Fusion 757 Composite Shed from Home Depot Canada on March 14, 2015 for ~$1240 CAD. The shed has a 10 year warranty. The door hinge pin wore down from normal opening and closing of the door, which is a common defect of this shed reported frequently among consumers (FN CL, and FN C1 are the failed components). I've contacted Keter with photos, receipt, proof of purchase, over 12 times across four months. Each call, they tell me to wait for my approved refund. There is no follow-up or refund. They do not manufacture the parts I need, so can't send parts to fix the issue. It's been ~3 months of chasing Keter customer support. A warning for others who might purchase from this brand, that while they are courteous to speak to and easy to reach, they don't follow through on refunds or issue resolution.

Très mauvais service, j’attends depuis juillet pour des pièces endommagées et comme ils n’ont aucune date pour le remplacement, ils te promettent un remboursement, ce qui n’arrive jamais. Ne réponds jamais au courriels, bref n’achetez pas les produits keter très bas de gamme et service après vente pourrie. Je ne donnerai même pas une étoile 👎👎

I purchased a Keter Utility jumbo cabinet 34.5-in W x 70.8-in H x 17.5-in D Plastic Freestanding Garage Cabinet Item #2525809Model #248856 for $139 on February 25, 2021 to hold my cleaning supplies for my business. It states that each shelf can hold "Load per shelf: 55 lbs equally distributed weight" The total evenly distributed load was less than 20 lbs all together. Not even a week later the cabinet started bowing, causing a piece to break as to making it unusable. I took it back to Lowes for a refund and they told me to contact the company. Keter said they would mail me the replacement parts. Here it is 6 months later and still no parts and now I don't even receive a response regarding this. I'm about to take it back to Lowe's and I better get a refund! I went to Walmart and purchased a UltraHD Heavy-Duty Tall Storage Cabinet, Satin Graphite for $110 in March, and it's holding up great!

I ordered a Keter Sparkle Storage cabinet on 7/01/2021. It arrived on 7/09/2021. There was an important part missing so I contacted Keter customer service on 7/11/21. The said they would ship the part but it would take 2 weeks. That seemed liked a long time but I had no choice. It did not arrive so I re-contacted Keter on 7/23/21. They informed me that the part was being shipped from Israel and they would expedite the delivery and I should receive it in one week. When it did not arrive I called again on 7/30/21. I was then told it should arrive in a couple of days. It did not arrive so I called again on 8/9/21. Now I'm being told it will be another 2 weeks? This has been a total nightmare. Don't buy from this company. They lie and there customer service is terrible

DO NOT BUY from Keter. They do not stand behind their products, even after the product has been pulled from the market because of mold issues. There is one number to call and you will be put off and put off for years trying to resolve an issue. I have been trying to get a replacement or refund on a dangerous wood composite shed with black mold and white mold. The company has no USA presence at all, refuses to give out a corporate telephone number to contact anyone but the customer service guys overseas who do nothing but say they are sorry and to wait. FOREVER. They lie and tell me all they were waiting on is my Paypal to process my refund and they delay and delay and lie to me over and over. No refund and no replacement to-date for a purchase from 2017.

I have a Keter Eden garden bench which has developed a crack. I have notified Keter but they just do not want to reply. Very angry 😡

I ordered my storage box from Home Depot online in October. Found that parts were missing. After months wrong parts were sent. After more months and multiple delays, more wrong parts were sent. I plan to take the whole thing to the dump. I’ve also lodged a complaint with the BBB

Non existent customer service, systems down so didn't send parts, nobody has checked for payment. they have zero interest in customers. Asked for manager and told she is too busy. Should not be trading. Rip off merchants who really don't give a toss about customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bought tall utility cabinet from lowes. When got it home, parts missing, plastic warped and flash on almost every piece which, good luck trying to assemble. Finally got in touch with customer service and said 3 weeks to send replacement parts. Now, let me get this straight, box says made in USA. If this is the case, quality control must be non existent. Says easy assembly but, nothing marked either on bag or most of parts. Awful company and shame on them. If this is their normal standard better off buying from other country.

Ordered a shed through Lowe's which was later delivered and it's missing two major components to assemble the base. Upon contacting their customer service department and explaining to them the shed is spread all over my courtyard ready to assemble and has been unboxed they informed me they would get me some replacement parts in a month or so.... So here I sit for a month with the shed parts spread all over the courtyard at my condo.... I reach back out to him and explain my situation and disbelief that it would take them over a month to get me to replacement parts and they don't even bother to respond to me..... Terrible customer service..... I read some complaints from people who've been waiting 5 months for parts and still have never got them If that's the case all boxes baby back up and dump it on Lowe's front step Then they can deal with the manufacturer...... Come on guys The least you could have done was responded to my request for assistance but you couldn't even respond other than to tell me That's just the way it is.......

Yesterday I bought a cabinet KETER LOGICO XL. During assembly both hinges broke, many plastic parts broke too and also instructions were not correct. The quality of the plastic is absolutely terrible I don't understand how Keter can sell such a poor quality product. I can assure that I have a good dexterity and used all care in assemblying, but nevertheless the cabinet is now unusable and I have to put into the rubbish. I don't ask for guarantee to the seller as I know it's a waste of time because they will say that it's my fault. I know that I have spent 99,99 euros for nothing. My only satisfaction will be to discourage other people in buying this article.

We purchased Keter-2 pack lounge chairs. One of the back legs broke the first time we used it. I have been working since 8/8/20 to get a replacement leg. They kept telling me it was back ordered, you should receive by this date(multiply times). Know they are telling me it is lost. I have to provide all this information to get a credit to pay pal which I don't have an account. Know I am stuck with one chair. This is NOT good customer service.

I purchased a Storage box in June and it was missing parts and had damaged parts. I filed a claim with Keter and was told week after week that my parts were coming after MONTHS I was told to request a refund .. (this was in October) so I did and I had to follow up for weeks in order to get the refund which I finally got in December but then I was only refunded the product price but not the taxes I paid. I was told I had to request that from the IRS which I have never heard of! When you purchase and return something to a online store or physical store you ALWAYS get the full refund including Taxes! This company is awful. They have the worst customer service and no follow up!!! Not only did I pay for many months of interest on my credit card that I used for a broken product but To not even get the full refund is absolutely unheard of! That is Horrible business!!!! Keter does not stand behind their quality and customer satisfaction guarantee!!!! I will never purchase from them again!!!!!

The previous complaints about customer service and Sergio understate how bad they really are. They promised us a full refund in writing, close to a dozen times after shipping us a second damaged part. They even had us open a PayPal account tp receive the promised refund, which has never come. It appears that they have a culture, of losing documents, false promises and lying. Stay away!

I purchased a Keter Shed from Costco Online. Within 2 months the lid began to warp, and got gradually worse. I contacted Keter to request a replacement lid. Dealing with Keter Customer Support was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. Over the next three months of no follow-up, failure to meet commitments, lies, supposed escalation to management, nothing happened. They offered me a refund in writing and never came through. This company is the worst. I finally disassembled the shed and returned it to Costco, where my purchase price was promptly refunded. A+ for Costco and F- for Keter.

Customer service sent the wrong replacement part, every time I try to call them it’s at least a 30 minute hold time if they ever even answer at all. I will never buy another Keter product.
