“Simply put… bought a bench… seat cracked… called customer service… sent pictures and filled out the required forms… was told twice that a replacement part was sent… twice never received… on the third conversation was told that they no longer had the piece and there was nothing that they could do.
Did not offer any accommodation nor do they ever follow up unless you reach out over and over. We all know that stuff happens… but, I would be very cautious before ordering from Keter… I think you can truly tell a lot about a company based on how they treat a customer when things don’t go perfect. They did not earn, by a long shot, my repeat business.”
“I purchased a Keter product today and it came broken. I have been trying for 30 minutes to email their customer service and the site keeps telling me I have errors in my entries which I do not! They only are open M-F and I cannot call during that time. I feel that they are intentionally trying to make it difficult to return an item. I will never buy Keter products again.”

“We purchased (had it delivered) a large deck box and unfortunately one piece was cracked in two places. I contacted the company for a replacement piece and they told me that I needed to return it to the store. That was their solution. The reason I had it delivered was because it’s very heavy, so taking it back to the store was not an option. So I requested that this request of mine was sent upper management. They never replied to my request. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would not recommend purchasing anything from a company that doesn’t back their product.”
“we brought a extra large utility cabinet 2-6-23. Open it and letter said for missing parts call custmer service. We did was told to take it back. THEY KNEW ABOUT MISSING PARTS. 2-26-23 exchanges it and guess what missing back panels as well. MAYBE you should pull thus product. Also this is very frustratingand costly in time and gas. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“If I could give 0 star I would. I purchased an Extra large utility cabinet which was missing several parts (almost half of the cabinet) and they refused to send the replacement parts at no cost to me. They wanted me to pay an additional $71 for the missing parts. I went back to the store I purchased from and the other sealed boxes they had were also missing parts. This company has serious manufacturing issues. Their lack of integrity to do the right thing and very poor customer service, guarantee they have lost this customer.”
“The worst thing I've ever bought, lots of brand new tools damaged by condation rust caused by condensation, I've put extra vents in (4) still no difference, contacted Keter and like a fool I excepted £100 comp, think twice about thus product, they look good and that's about it.”

“Customer service is a joke ! Contacted 2 1/2 months before warranty was up , they said they sent replacement lid because lid was warped . I received a long piece of metal instead . They burnt enough time up to go past warranty . Keter sent me 15.00 for product pro rated ! They can stick the 15.00 up there a&$ !!! WTH”
“I am very disappointed in the product. I bought 3 planters and before I could even touch two of the three one leg totally snapped. I sent an email to Keter on 10/5 and on 10/7 received a response saying that within 5 to 10 days I would receive a replacement leg. Now I am on 10/26 and I call the customer service number and the guy tells me that they sent me an email (which I never received) saying that the replacement part (one leg) is extremely delayed. I have put plants in two of these planters and they are telling me NOW to return them. I do not understand what kind of customer service garbage this is. Someone could have called me or emailed me and the guy just did TODAY 10/26. Bunch of garbage. DO NOT BUY”

“I purchased “composite” Adirondack chairs from the Keter company sold by Walmart. One lasted 2 months and broke where the armrest connected to the back. I realized that they were PLASTIC not composite so I let it go. When another chair broke in the same spot I decided to call Keter company. They told me to take pics and send them in. I did but they kept saying they didn’t receive them. After the fifth time, I received an email telling me to take them back where I bought them and have a nice day. Just another ploy not to take responsibility for the cheaply made products that cost a lot. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Don’t do what I did.”
“My son bought one and he is not a DIYer and put it up himself in under 3 hours. My daughter bought one the same and asked if I could help. After starting at lunch time, we had to stop 5 hours later as ran out of light. The parts do not line up correctly, the panels are too small, and the next day took us another 6 hours and even then, the door does not close or fit to the frame. I cannot see where the quality control is to this. With a lot of homemade adjustment, I got it all together although the door still won't fit the frame so I will have to trim the plastic to get it to fit. Totally disappointed. If I knew it was going to be like this, I would have bought a wooden shed instead. I would rather have to treat it annually than have this which looks a bit odd.”
“Bought adirondack chair sept 4. assembled sept 5. Lifted up by arms to move in yard Arm broke off and back cracked sept 6. Called company to replace and contacted online. Never responded. Sent receipt and pictures. Called again. Said they will not honor warranty.”

Tried to get my money back thru my bank Chase they sent Chase phony papers and now chase won’t give me my money back. Chase bank believes Keeter sheds over me. “i bought a outside two door container with lift able roof. and it warped and bent after three days outside. plus one of the doors warped, it was scratched on arrival with a small chip on underside of base. complete utter rubbish, and i am having issues getting a refund, because the seller says they don't warp. WRONG. stay well clear of this company.”
