“All my contact details, including my telephone number, were on the address label. So as the parcel travelled across Europe sensitive personal information was available for all to see. Be wary.”

“Love the info available on your website. Hate that the app wont sync (after the 1st 3 times) with my Samsung Galaxy 8+. To me , that was a big selling feature that I paid good money for”

“Placed the order at 10:18 am on 2-7-20, a Friday morning. I was immediately charged. By Monday, I was concerned that I hadn't received a response yet, and your website didn't indicate it had been shipped, so I contacted your company. I was told my order had been received on Friday but it was after the cut off (REALLY? 10:18 am is the cut off for processing orders at your company). And nobody works on Saturdays. Or Sundays. So my order didn't get processed and "fulfilled" until Monday. DHL shipped it and it arrived at the Columbus, Ohio post office on 2:36 pm on 2-12-20 (Wednesday). Of course, the post office didn't deliver that until 4:10 pm the next day, Thursday, February 13th. Not sure what happened with your 2 day shipping, but you failed here. Maybe it's 2 day shipping if I stand on 1 foot and hop while all the moons are aligned and it happens to be a month ending with the letter 'Q.'”

“I ordered (2) gki promo bundles as I go through test strips fairly quickly and am trying to pack lightly for vacation. Anticipating 4 vials each containing 50 strips, I received the glucose as such but the ketose strips as ten packages of 10 strips. As a company that specializes in this product, it’s ridiculous that I now have a dozen bottles (and the resulting trash) when I only ordered 4. Which I now have to carry with me because 10 strips will only last me 2 1/2 days.”

“i hate hate hate this floppy soft case. i could have given a 4 or 5, TBD with further use, but the case ruins the whole package. you have a nice product, package it in a decent hardshell case.”

“The price is extremely high for people who need the sticks. People are already paying a ton of money for medical issues. Now they have to pay a redicilous price for something not covered by insurance. Do what’s right and lower your price”
