“The buying process on a mobile device is complicated. My parcel was shipped to Germany, not Spain.... since 4 weeks its on his way. Still waiting for refund because the parcel is still travelling around the world. Did a new order... the 10 gratis test stripes did not come with the package.... very dissapointed.”

“The product is outstanding. My only complaint is that when I ordered extra tests I forgot to order lancets. I immediately wrote and asked that they be included in the order so I wouldn’t have to pay extra shipping amd got back a stick answer directing me where to order them. Not great customer service.”
