I give keto-mojo, as a company a 1 star review, and here is why. 2 years ago, I purchased a meter at full price from Amazon. Now they no longer support that meter. It makes me think the meter is defective, but they never recalled it. When I went to order test strips I find out that it will now cost me almost $80 to get a new meter and test strips. They are being "gracious" and giving me a "free" meter.. But its not free. Its $80 for the strips and you have to send back old meter, which you pay for. And I am a retired 1st responder. They "proudly" advertise they give 1st responders and military a 15% discount. keto-mojo fails as a company because they REFUSE TO HONOR THE 15% DISCOUNT, saying they were already giving me a "free meter". I purchased the "free meter" and immediately regretted the decision after thinking about why the original meter is no longer supported and that they refuse to honor their 15% commitment to 1st responders and the military.

the app on the phone doesn't stay logged in so every time i take a test it takes 4 commands just to sync it on the phone.

Experience of ordering Test strips was very poor. Had to wait two weeks after ordering. They used DHL which is pathetic. USPS would have been better. Package originated in Georgia and to reach North Carolina it took 2 weeks

Only after I ordered the Bluetooth device for my monitor and new strips was I notified that you no longer make the strips for my monitor that I have only had for a year! You still sent me the useless Bluetooth device. Stole my money

The strips never arrived. Don't know if it was KM or the shipper. Shipper claimed the label was created, but the package never left georgia. My problem is that I'm off to Canada for the year and I'm out of strips, so I'm blowing off KM and going with Abbott. Please don't ask me for a public rating. No one wants to hear my disappointment.

I've reached out to customer service via email over a week ago. No response. Not impressed. I've been warned before purchasing keto mojo, but still did it anyways. Guess it's my own fault.

Had a very hard time ordering a product. Correspondence with customer service was adequate but lengthy and ultimately I had to resolve the issue by creating an email new email account just to order.

They sent this email asking me to not make a bad review without contacting them first. I have contacted them twice and still no response. I will not be buying their product. I can’t afford to buy a new meter every year.
