“Machine is good and gives accurate results, however the strips in the blister packs are somewhat intermittent in performance due to damage to the strips that is caused during opening of them.. they cost a small fortune and should be more reliable and or better packaging that doesn’t get damaged during opening.. too many E 1 errors for comfort and value.. please redesign this for future generations and older users alike..”

“the glucose readings fluctuate dramatically.3 readings on 3 different fingers within 5 minutes vary from 99mg to 120mg- done on various days nothing wrong as per test solution on two different strip boxes. ketones readings seem reliable”

“Some of the keto and glucose sticks don't absorb the blood so what a waste that is. I don't like the packaging where they are idividual. I liked them alot better when they were in tube canisters.”

“Ordering was simple and straightforward. DHL tracking with their handoff to the USPS was confusing and later than expected. This may be a symptom of the USPS because we have similar issue with others that use the USPS for delivery. Product was securely packaged with care. I will buy again but expect delivery to be delayed.”

“Well there is only one product available to me so there is no comparison. It is too expensive I am forced to alternate products and just don’t get to check ketones all the time. Thus product is cost prohibitive”

“figuring out how to edit your most current reading by clicking on the brown box is not intuitive ux design. You may want to consider adding a pencil icon to make it consitent with the others.”

“I like keeping track of my glucose and my ketones. Your system is great for that! But I dont like the new format of graphs. I liked the old software better. This does not provide my averages life the previous did.”

“Hi Keto Mojo! Generally, your site is great. I bought the test kit and I have to say it was a frustrating experience. The instructions are so small they are impossible to read . . . and with a magnifying glass, once you find them there is not much there. I still do not know how to scroll through the options on the unit. I can do the tests, and sync with the app. But that's it. It never said which order to put the test strips in - and apparently, that makes a difference, I bumbled through that. The unit works well, but it would be nice to know how to scroll through the info on it and use the buttons properly. The phone ap is VERY NICE . .. except you cannot edit an entry . . . until the next reading is added to the app, and then its too late to put pertinent data in because it may be many hours later & no way to remember what needed to be edited or comments added. That is pretty silly. My 2 cents.”

“Love being able to use same device for both blood glucose and ketone. However, the individual packets for the test strips versus the containers are very hard to get into and are time consuming.”

“dates on multiple packages of test strips should at least be able to be used one every day for the next days so that all packages can be used before they expire and the automatic Lance it should puncture the finger with a spring charge but the spring charges aren't working I seem to have sent multiple comments to the keto mojo with no response except to keep sending in more reviews so here's another review for your files and review.”

“I am not able to make my meter work (even with explicit instructions from the person who told me about it) I’ve tried calling and there’s a v/m loop and couldn’t get through to a person I’m traveling, monitoring my diet closely and it’s very frustrating The meter doesn’t beep and record my numbers. It says E3 and I don’t know what that means Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Barbara”
