“I didn’t appreciate how much the rest strips cost and how many readings per day to accurately track glucose and ketones. I’d have even better buying a way cheaper keto machine and using a cgm”

Definitely helps me monitor my blood glucose and ketones to understand how MY body reacts to the food I've eaten, activities and sleep whenever I take a reading, at various times of the day.
