Hello I find the contraction quite terrific, However, it came with a few test strips and I wanted to order more for me ketogenic journey and I find that the strips are (EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE) for 60 replacement strips it adds up to be more than the machine Itself and I find that highly unacceptable there is just no way that I am willing to pay those extravigant prices. So I'm back to square one with keeping tabs on my blood sugar as far as Ketones are concerned.

I had tons of issues with the unit when I first received it. This was my first blood meter and the learning curve was steep. My meter wasn’t reading properly and I couldn’t figure it out. I burned though tons of test strips learning how Tobias it without success. The “customer service” basically just sent FAQ links to solve my issues. I wanted to return the meter, but found out I cannot!! This wasn’t clear, or I wouldn’t have wasted my money. So I have a $90 meter that isn’t consistent, I’m almost out of test strips and I can’t return it!! So i either toss it in the trash, or spend more money to test my blood and have zero confidence the numbers are accurate. Just an all around poor experience.

I had concerns ordering my glucose sticks. Your agent that I contacted through email was condescending and very rude.

Sadly disappointed in the new Keto Mojo monitor, the flimsy test strips, and lack of hard copy information. Will probably continue to order the original strips until they are no longer available. Sometimes newer is not better especially among the older generation.

I can't get consistent readings. When I take two or three readings at the same time the glucose readings are greatly different. I would expect them to be in a much closer range. And yes I did calibrate the instrument.

I don't like the business model. They want you to update your device rather than do a software update. I had just purchased testing strips, but they won't work with the new device. I didn't update the device. I bought testing strips. This will be the last batch. When I run out, I'll buy a device from a competitor.

Not consistent readings from meter, even when two done back to back. No support for error msgs. related to my mojo health. Informational videos on Keto are good though. Can’t find any mentor? Kind of defeated.

The new design on the meter is disappointing. None of the changes are better, and most are a net negative. The strips are individually wrapped, creating more waste and an extra step. The release button is finicky. Even after calibration, the readings for ketones and blood glucose can vary by as much as 30%, for readings taken at the same time and readings compared with the remaining strips for my old version of the same monitor. I do like the black display, though. That's nice. But overall, I'll probably use up the strips I have then look for a new meter, which is disappointing since the previous version was really great.

I contacted the support team for information about how to get my readings from my old meter before I sent it to replace the new one. I have now lost all my old readings! No direct answers to my questions just something rushed back. Sorry but that is a fact!

Had my Keto-Mojo Bluetooth meter less than 6 mths when forced to upgrade to the GK+ meter because test strips for the original meter are being phased out. I appreciate the trade up offer, but would have been perfectly happy continuing to use my original meter. Also, the trade up program was misleading, saying free shipping but then charging for the return shipping of the old meter.

Discontinuing support products for original meters seems poorly planned and in the interest solely of KM’s bottom line with an entirely new system when much of our country and the world is financially depressed and struggling. This is why I rated the company a 2.

The machine doesn’t sync to the app and some of the glucose strips came out empty when I opened them to use them also it give different readings by a huge difference in numbers when testing couple time after each time

Ordered the Ketone strips and rec'd the Glucose strips instead. Had to wait another 4-5 days for ketone strips to arrive.

IMHO, this device and stirps are less trustworthy than my previous version and strips. I had this device for the last few weeks, and in my first box of strips, 13 of the glucose strips errored, were way off on the numbers, or would not draw in my blood sample at all as did 6 of the keystone strips. In several cases, there was extra coating in the tip of some of the strips, which appears to be an issue as well. At a dollar or so per stip, this will be a really expensive use case. The app is not displaying readings as expected. The strip packaging far less desirable than the previous method, but it is what it is. I guess I may need to return this unit for my old one.
