“As far as company review, I am still waiting on mailing label to send my old unit back. Also, not happy that I can no longer get the testing strips for older model. I don’t need all the bells and whistles of the new model. That was a terrible move on your part in my opinion. If people want to upgrade, let them but don’t force us too. I am now on my third keto mojo. I had the original, then the newer one from that and now this one. Also the packaging of the test strips is horrendous!! I had to go buy small scissors to be able to open them. What was wrong with the canisters?”

“Delivery was very efficient quick and hassle free... but this time the strips seemed a bit difficult to open... like it was old or what I don't know... but it seems too compressed and I have a tough time getting the strip out of the cover... never had that experience in my earlier strip which came as part of the bundle I had bought... thankfully strip are working fine..”

“Have been using the keto mojo tester for a couple of years but recently had to change to the new one because the strips were no longer available for the older one. So very disappointed in the way the strips are packaged individually. My husband is 78 years old and has a very difficult time opening them up each time to test. Even with scissors they are difficult. If we had known this we probably would have changed over to a different tester as this is very difficult to deal with on a daily basis.”

“Order was not thoroughly fulfilled, at first. After a series of email - and a requirement of 'proof' of an unfulfilled order (pictures, etc) for evidence, a follow-up email and fulfillment was eventually completed . More specifically, it's the evidence from 'me' as the customer to provide 'reasons' and evidence rather than KM properly satisfying the order. It's quite the troublesome process for me, 'a pain in the ar$e' if you will!”

“Why do I have to write the review 2x? I wrote that the strips arrived, as usual, in a timely manner and well packaged. Don't make a customer write it once in their email and then again at your site.”

“I love the product. However, the way it was shipped I would rate very low. It started off being shipped with DHL good. But then it was handed off to my local USPS wrong move. They held it for a couple of days until I had to contact the main office demand a reason for the delay when they were only 8 minutes from my home. Please stick with your original shipping service DHL or UPS. Thank you”

“The new meter is great and the service from Keto-Mojo is always good. I am just disappointed that the meter only has one profile, meaning that you can only track one person - not multiple. I hope they come out with a software/firmware enhancement so more than one person in the family can track their progress.”

“Very happy with the meter not happy with how long it's taking to get the supply reoder I've run out of strips and can't test now I would expect supplies for a diabetic to ship faster .. The meter came in couple days. Not sure I'll reorder again if it takes this long to get supplies for it.”

“Purchasing the GK + Accessories Bundle was easy on your website. But the shipment was released to DHL who sent it to a partner shipping facility in Avenel, NJ, then two days later the box arrived via USPS. I am pretty sure DHL delivers in NYC. What would have been easier for me is if you offered the GK + Accessories bundle on Amazon. The shipment would have arrived the next day instead of 8 days later.”
