“I think the product is good, but I have proven I have a defective meter that I want to exchange and can not get any response. Expensive product that I can not use. Disappointed with customer service.”

“Received in a timely manner. Well packaged. Good manuals and great app! I haven't needed to contact customer service but i find what info i needed on the technical end on their website. Very helpful! No problems using the meter this past month and a half. Have ordered new test strips which also came in a timely manner”

“Thank you for advertising that your products are FSA & HSA approved. That really made the decision easy for me. Ordering and shipping were easy and quick. Video tutorials are fantastic. Love that results sync with the app. Test strips could be easier to open. I feel them out in the package and use scissors to cut around.”

“I recieved my KetoMojo within a week and I am very pleased on how easy it is to work and the ap as well. I got this not for keto directly, but to watch my blood sugars and get into keto eventually and take control over my health.
