Checked glucose and received 79. Less than a minute later, 96. I did not eat or drink anything. Contacted the company and have received no response.

Shit customer service high price, no product ever seen, due to worst possible deliverer, cash not sent back nor any answer on the emails sent with wish for redelivery or money back. Dont ever buy from tjem I am serious and not the only one look outside this bought review platform. Simply put clear scam. If you look on other reviews you will find out it is methodical and they give a damn about cashing without product and will not answer back. Time for campaign against and law enforcement if comm stays dead beyond a month.

I really really hate this machine. I don't understand it, I don't know how to set up Bluetooth, I find the instructions so small and the print so faded, I can't read anything. And I have no idea what the control vials are for. I don't know what "in vitro" means. What an awful experience. I wish I just got a simple machine AND a simple explanation of how to calculate the GKI. Your explanations are conflicting, I have no idea what you are talking about. I received this product with some kind of receipt that didn't even show he amount of payment. I will be calling for a refund, and I do not recommend this product

The Ketone strips have an astronomically high fail rate, the company got your money and couldn't give a hoot.

Still waiting for the Kit, and despite several chasers the support is frankly useless. I have no idea whether the kit is on its way, been delivered somewhere else by mistake or just out of stock!! Meanwhile I spent over a hundred ponds on the test strips and lancets which are currently useless without the kit.

I returned an order and followed the post master's recommendation to refuse receipt of my order (because I decided after it shipped I no longer wanted it). This apparently voided a return in Keto- Mojo's book and I'm out $70! No product and no return of my funds! I've never seen such poor customer service- bad job Keto Mojo!!

I was generally satisfied with the products (glucose-ketone meter, strips, lancing device, etc.) from Keto-mojo; however, my experience with their customer service (in the US) fell short. It was quite awful. I left a voicemail, and someone called me back, but he was condescending, which was unacceptable. When I tried to explain my concerns about the strips, he immediately cut me off and started giving me unrelated answers. He sounded like he was unwilling to provide customers with any support as if he were angry. He didn't listen to me at all, and the call didn't help or resolve my concerns and questions. I thanked him for calling me back and ended the call. This happened back in the summer. Despite this negative experience, I recently placed another order for more products because I needed additional strips for my meter. If I didn't already have the meter, I would never consider buying any products from Keto-mojo again. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
