My orders have taken multiple days to ship both times. I paid for expedited shipping last Friday and it’s still not even shipped by Monday. Not sure the disconnect…??

I bought the 28-day course a couple weeks ago. Have tried logging in to use it. I am never able to authenticate. Multiple emails, attempted chats with customer service has gotten me no where. Still waiting back from an email I recently sent providing even more information. Horrible support for a product impaid $125 to access.

I look forward to learning about food, which I do not have a relationship with. Dr Nicole deserves the praise. Hope to learn Keto and autophagy. Would like to clean out body system yet have good food, and when to to eat it.

I had initially a terrible experience with customer service. This has continued. I am still trying. I am getting erratic readings and I am somewhat experienced at this point. I need someone to call me. If this survey is about the gentleman that left me a message, he was alright. Sorry I missed the call and please don't apply this review to him. Otherwise, I have had a hard time with customer service. Please call me again. Thanks

The Keto strips never work, no matter how careful I am with them. And with the glucose strips I can’t ever get a reading for my girlfriend. I managed to get a glucose reading for myself, but after wasting 4 strips. Its very frustrating to be fasting and then trying to measure my ketones for it to never work.

In order to save money on postage I ordered a SUPER PACK of glucose and ketone test stripes together with my GKI Starter Kit in July 2023. When my order arrived I noticed that the strips in the SUPER PACK had a "use before" date of October 2023, whereas the strips included in the GKI Starter Kit were good to use until March 2025. I contacted their customer support team and asked them to replace this soon-to-expire SUPER PACK with one that has a significantly longer shelf life than a mere 3 months. They refused and informed me that their SUPER PACKS all had a shelf life of 3-12 months, depending on inventory rotation... As a scientist, I consider it to be unprofessional and dubious business practice to provide consumers with diagnostic materials that are on the verge of expiring. As a customer, I consider the experience with their customer support team appalling. If this continues to be an issue in the future I will stop ordering their stuff and switch to a different company.

The buying process on a mobile device is complicated. My parcel was shipped to Germany, not Spain.... since 4 weeks its on his way. Still waiting for refund because the parcel is still travelling around the world. Did a new order... the 10 gratis test stripes did not come with the package.... very dissapointed.

Company said last month they would honor their warranty if only I would send them a photo of error 4. This photo is hard to obtain because it quickly morphs into error 2 which they won't accept. I then tested meter against a lab result and sent it to them showing out of their certification limits. I also bought for $60 more test strips. I experienced 20% failure on earlier strips and 50% on the new test strips although it is too early to determine a more accurate wasteage (test strip throw away) average. With all that time, my expense and lost opportunity Keto-Mogo has now presented me yet another delay condition, at my further expense, to avoid compliance with their warranty.

It's started out well, the lance that is included with the kit wasn't very good. I ordered to other one off of the website and it worked great. However, I can't log into the app to upload my reading and I can't get a hold of anyone for help. Very disappointed.

Tried contacting customer service for help connecting and pairing my meter. Tried the chat and also left a voicemail. No response. Need a live human being to walk me through the issues, because the video is not helpful. No calls returned. Very disappointed.

I received a pack of 60 ketone strips that were all bad. Customer service refused to replace them despite putting me through extensive steps of testing and video taping. When I successively demonstrated the strips were bad they said oh we can send you a new meter that has 20 ketone strips with it. So basically they don't want to replace all the strips because of how expensive they are. They prefer me to eat the cost of their defective product. Other packs I have received in the past worked fine but this pack was definitely bad and not able to detect ketones. To be so cheap and not replace a clearly defective product just tells me they do not put the customer first nor do they value their repeat customers. Really pathetic guys.

my keto mojo has been having issues syncing. I reached out several times to support. They have ignored my emails. Keto sticks are expensive, and with the device not working properly, a real waste of money. Sad because I really used to like it.

Device was delivered and I took one glocose sample test then inserted the Ketone sample strip but the monitor device did not recognize the strip. I tried four Keytone strips and three more glucose strips. None of them would turn the device on after only one successful test, nor were they recognized if I turned the device on with the strip in the monitor. I called the customer service number and left a message, as instructed, but a recorded message encouraged to send a complaints by email for faster service??? How can emails be faster than a customer service rep on the phone?? I have not heard back from the telephone message. I don’t want to spend days sending and receiving emails back-and-forth to resolve the issue. I am going to send the device back for a refund. I even waited specifically between the instructed customer service hours to leave my message, but there was never a person to answer on the other end.
