“Shipping was great, very fast. But when you order the end of January and get strips the expire in March it’s frustrating. I don’t test daily and they will be expired before I can use them up. And as expensive as they are it’s a waste of money”

“I ordered quite a few test strips and unfortunately they were set to expire in less time than I anticipate going through them for my use. I contacted Keto Mojo and sadly, I was told they can do nothing about it and by their judgement I should finish using my test strips. I just wanted to exchange a few boxes since the expiration was close timing. No help and response said the close expiriation date was a "healthy amount of time" to finish my test strips.”

“Connection to App via Bluetooth si slow and doesnt work sometimes the measuring differences of the ketosis is huge, once 0,9 once 1,3 it doesnt show me the gki after entering both glucose and ketones, why is that? pushing a button wont help, not very user friendly”

“I hate the ew way you are packaging the strips. First of all, I have to use a scissor to open the packaging. Its very annoying. Secondly its wasterful. I like the older way you had the strips. the unit 50% of the time is not syncing my information to my phone so some of my readings are GONE. Frankly this is a waste of money. I am asking for a refund. The OLD system was better”

“First the cost is too high and is compounded by you switching machines and thus forcing us to purchase ew strips. The new packaging for the strips had probably caused me to permanently for am alternative brand. I get hygiene but by the time I get the strip out of the packaging I have handled it more than any of the others. Look at the Guide Me strips as a model....please. Finally when I did order your shipping time was simply unacceptable. I have 3 of your meters, but unless there are changes I won't get another.”

“I've submitted two previous reviews detailing my considered opinion of the Keto-Mojo device. Basically, it's large and cumbersome, for glucose monitoring it is expensive to use and little if any more accurate than my $25.00 True Metrix which has much cheaper supplies while the Keto-Mojo lacks features that meter has. So far I have not received any feedback on my observations and concerns so this will be the last response I make to any "general" requests for a review of the product.”

“I don't like this reader. Just like the manual Bluetooth on the original meter. It doesn't connect most of the time. It's a CONSTANT retry. Also I don't think the meter is accurate. I can feel when I'm in ketosis and I'll compare it with my other meter and the Mojo will show .1 while the other one is showing a .6. I FEEL ketones. I've been low-carb for almost 7 years. I can feel when I'm in ketosis but this Mojo doesn't represent. Something is definitely wrong with it. Calibrations has such a large margin of error. How can know if it's EVER WRONG. smh.”

“I started using the new kit while I still had a bit from the old kit. As a scientist, I always take samples twice especially when I begin using a meter. So here go my thoughts: The new Ketmojo is not consistent. The old one is... I do not know what to say. Who wants to go on with the meter that is not good. The question is WHY do you have to stop the old kit, the perfect one. GOODBYE Ketomojo.”

“I’m not real thrilled with it it’s hard to use and it’s not real easy to monitor you make it look easier than it is It connects to Bluetooth for like two seconds and stops connecting again it’s just frustrating like I said it’s not easy is”
