The good news: new pricing for strips is terrific. The bad news: packaging and use of new strips and new testing device a big step backwards

Having problems with opening the new sttips! And have several stripes out just 5 opened so far be defective or just partial therefore...unusable! Not happy! I have not yet contacted Keto MOJO to report this so hopefully they will reach out.

The meter is not accurate. Instructions are poorly written. The app stinks. None of the employees know what they are doing. Plus many other product issues.

I have emailed you several times to be given an address as to where I can return the mojo unit and the only address I have is the back to the future to recycle my old one. In all actuality I would be very happy if I could send the new one back to you in exchange for new Ketosis blood tabs so I can use my original unit. Having never received a useful reply from you, I would so appreciate an answer and final conclusion to this. You have almost used up the 30 day to return ( which is what your trying to do). so I need an answer ASAP

I am still mad that I had to purchase the newer model of the Mojo meter, because you produced a new model and I couldn't get the test strips any more. There was nothing wrong with the old model, but I was forced to purchase the newer one.

The Bluetooth connection is slower than the previous one. The strips package individually are the worst. A lot of work to open and triplicate the garbage. It was not a good experience for me

I “upgraded “ to the plus model. I don’t like the way the strips are packaged. They’re hard to get open and access the test strips promptly. I want to sync with Carb Manager. So I inquired, but wasn’t contacted by your company with an answer. I like the original device better so far.

I decided to take advantage of the trade-in. Mistake...go to this page, fill out this form...strange...no way to send the form to you. So I contact customer service and have them assist me. Ok. Now I receive the package, no return envelope, contact customer service AGAIN...still waiting for the return envelope (It's been almost 2wks) :(. Then I get the thrill of the "up-grade" and test strips in individual create more trash packets I have to cut open, gee thanks. I missed the date set up and now living with the month of August in November. Apparently, you all forgot that a lot of your customers 1) don't use smartphones/BlueTooth. 2) are not tech-savvy 20 yr olds 3) don't want to create any more garbage (individual packets) than we have to 4) and don't want to have to run accuracy tests...oh, yes, thanks for the keep the box advice on the video I watch TWO DAYS AFTER I THREW IT OUT. Then there is your new and "improved" case. When I open it, I never know where my little bottles will be, are they still be in their pocket or will they jump out and roll around. And it's odd to have the meter upside down so to speak. You couldn't put the velcro closure for one of the little pockets to enclose the test bottles? The only reason I "up-graded" was because you told me the other test strips were being discontinued. I am sure by now you have guessed I am not happy with Keto-Mojo.

I purchased some new glucose metering sticks. Apparently, they were the wrong ones, so I called support and left a message. Three-hours later, I called again. Then I go to look at my email and find a message from them. It seemed cowardly to send me an email instead of calling me directly to discuss the problem.

What you think is clean web design light gray is largely invisible to folks with doabetic eye changes. If you don't want us as customers just let us know.

I had previously submitted a ? regarding a set of ketone strips accuracy. I explained my daily testing regimen. Same time etc. I was basically told to do what i had been doing. That veing cinstitent regimine and to Purchase a test kit. I didnt want to spend my money proving your oroduct was faulty. So i used the strips and got the readings basically ignoring them. When I received the new order I still had one old strip. It tested .2. I recalibrated a new strio and it immediately following the .2 I got a .5 reading. Makes me wonder uf any of it is accurate. I find myself using it and the glucose strios less & less. .

The test strips were difficult to replace after the meager first ten were used. I went through three orders and returns before I got the correct replacements. List a lot of money on the deal

App update broke sync with meter. App has no data save nor export for when the following occurs: App support requested app re-load which erased ALL my data point history App support requested app re-load Knowing they hadn't fixed all of the issues. Very low confidence in Keto-Mojo to collect and manage the data I bought the product for. App requires Location during sync. App developers can work around the minor android bugs/issues that lead to that technically-false requirement.

I thought these strips were for the meter that I purchased 6 months ago. I guess you decided to discontinue them and I can't get ahold of the proper strips and are forcing people to buy your "new" meter. Kinda irritated at that.

The machine itself is easy to used and gives you results. But I'm not sure how much the results can be trusted since the controls are way out of range.

Frustrating that I purchased a new keto mojo and the day after I order a new mojo is released. The brand new keto mojo should have been the case since price is the same.

Lance device too weak, even on highest setting to get a good blood drop. Use another one from a different kit. Glucose reading way off two different Abbot Life glucose meters. Ugh.
