These comments are about the owner;s manual. I have just started to wade through the Owner's manual, so have not used the device yet. The owner's manual is TERRIBLE. Whoever wrote it should be replaced. I've read good thing about the device, so after I spend more wasted time going through the manual maybe the device will be okay.

It has to be faulty equipment my dog has been on a 2:1 ratio fat to protein for almost a month and still not hit ketosis and now almost a week at a 4:1 ratio and I still get a reading of Low

I do not think there was an adequate amount of user information / getting started with this kit. I watched several of your videos before my unit arrived, and there was not ANYTHING about troubleshooting the issues I experienced. 1) I could not find a detailed video on how the needle pen worked. Just the brief edit in the user video. It turns out mine was broken and I ended up butchering every finger on my left hand trying to get blood. 2) Did not see any videos speaking to the fact that if you DON'T get an adequate about of blood out of your finger, then all your Keto Test strips will get ERROR messages. *Important tip because most Keto people like myself have a hard time drawing blood due to dehydration. I wasted at least 15 strips till I figured out how to prick my finger with a new pen and squeeze out enough blood. 3) Did not see any of your videos talk about how important it is to calibrate the unit with the chip inside the test strips. Saw that useful tip on someone elses blog video. 4) I still don't know what range I am looking for on the glucose reading. Not a lot of useful information there. 5) And last, but not least. Your customer support hours are sparse. No live answer on our phone number, frustrating. One of my orders (before TG) made the window for same day shipping and did not make it. Once again, email and phone support were not available. So that is it. I have been sent this survey at least 5 times, here is my honest opinion.

Lack of ability to get a hold of a live person, or have a phone call returned after leaving a message. (It's been a couple weeks now

I've had 5 out of 20 keto strips fail on me so far. I usually test 2x a week. I also test glucose with another tester that I have (easier to keep track of data). Anywho, good tester, just wish I didn't have a lot of dead strips.
