“- each strip individually packed means lots of waste, it's much harder to handle strips that way - many more mis-readings / error codes (looks like it needs way more blood than old version) - Also the throw-out button is badly placed. So overall I miss my old meter”

“I hate the test strips wrapping. Very difficult to open. I was hoping that you can use one strip for glucose & keto readings. The meter goes on when you zipper it in the case. Which causes the battery life to end quicker. I was hoping for better improvement from the old meter. Disappointed.”

“Used to be a good company that stood behind its products. Used to the most reliable meter on the market. Now they push a terrible blue tooth meter and glucose strips with terrible reliability. I will no longer buy their products”

“Why send these messages when you do nothing? Twice before I've already told you that the blood strips are too expensive and many have an error show up when using. But again, why ask, if you do nothing?”

“The strips are impossible to open, the ap wants me to sign up with partners or it won’t start, upon request for help to stop the ap from wanting me to sign up with partners, my request was ignored. I wish I’d never upgraded.”

“I couldn't hate the individually wrapped test strips more if I tried. I have arthritis and opening them is awful. I have been using keto mojo products for years and am a fan. This may make switch.”

“Needed glucose test strips for my meter and found out they are no longer available. I was grateful to find your upgrade offer and purchased a new meter and sent my old meter in. I then realized that the brand new, never opened box of ketone test strips would not work in my new meter. I contacted customer support to see if I could trade them in for a box to fit my new meter only to be told they’d give me a $5 credit. I had known the strips were not compatible before I did the upgrade. I would have waited. Now I’m out &50+ for a completely unusable box of test strips. Very disappointed that the incompatibility was not mentioned.”

“I'm afraid to start using till im v sure I'm on bha since the testing strips are so so expensive and i can'tbuy it in Canada. I'm using the cheaper blood glucose meter till then. I'm in ketosis but not sure on bha.”

“For example, I measured my glucose 3x one morning. One right after another and I got readings of 120 (which is higher than I have ever had), 89 next then 100 on third try. How can I trust this thing. Also I find these meter sticks hard to use. My blood does not go down the stick channels easily so I waste many sticks. So far I prefer the your previous meter”

“I loved my old meter and enjoyed it for years. The new one doesn't calibrate evenly and each strip is individually packaged---making it absolutely unnecessary HELL for anyone with hand pain or arthritis. I DO NOT need to check my blood sugar, I DO NOT need to check my phone. I really regret sending back my old meter which simply did a great job or providing consistent ketone readings.”

“Glucose strips very inaccurate compared to Abbott’s glucose strips that I have used with another reader. Readings vary up to 30-40 “points” when taken within seconds/minutes of each other. Because of the wide swing in numbers I used all 80 of my glucose strips within a couple weeks trying to determine my actual blood sugar level each time I checked it - each time used 5-10 strips. Ketones seem to be more accurate. Other strips I went back to using only vary up to 5 “points” when tested multiple times in a row to test accuracy.”

“Customer service is excellent -prompt and questions answered. The new GK+ meter, however is a disappointment: no option to change the BG units of measure (mgL) displayed on the instrument, as you can on the GK meter (switch to mmol/L). The test strip packing is awkward to opening & thus frustrating (and quite wasteful).”
