“I really enjoy using KM. Only issue is lately say over last month the KM keeps turning it self on & beeps. It will be in the case & zipped up. Nothing laying on top of it. It just turns on & beeps.”

“I did not receive my product in a timely manner. I ordered it 2 weeks in advance to leaving town. The day of my depature it still had not arrived. I do not know if I received it has I had to leave.”

“There seemed to be a breakdown in communication between customer service and shipping. I stated in several emails that I was interested in quicker delivery service. I had to wait More than a week to receive my order. That’s unheard of these days. So your next question on here is, “was your delivery on time?“ so my question would be on time according to who? I will have to answer this question with a resounding no. The other comment I need to make is that I was not told that I would need to purchase additional items for the calibration portion. I paid 20 bucks and find that I need other things. Not very happy about that either.”

“My last order was just to fulfill a need for more test strips (glucose and ketone) but I recommend the company. Some have found the test strip foil packages difficult to open, as did I, until I used scissors. Just be careful not to cut the test strip inside (feel first, then cut).”
