“I bought a bunch and I didn’t like them. They tasted really weird. They cost so much and now I have a freezer full of them that no one will eat. My son tried them too and didn’t like them either. The shipping was great and they came still cold but other than that I’m super disappointed.”
“I want to start out by saying I wish I did not have to give this a 2 star review. The product is awesome. Tastes great. Now the problem.... I paid $60 for a six pack of ice cream bars which would have been fine if it did not come with 4 bars per box!!! That is $2.50 per bar. I had previously been buying these at costco which has 12 in a box which is under $1 per bar. Very disappointed. I feel like I was misled. Guess I will go back to costco.”

We're continually working to improve our shipping logistics. As we're sure you can imagine, shipping frozen goods - especially for a smaller company without the scale of the bigger brands in our category - is difficult, both operationally and financially. This is not an excuse on our end, and we pledge to continue to look for ways to make the shipping process more efficient and cost-effective.

“While we enjoy the taste of your product, $2.50 per bar is a little high. We will not order online anymore. We will, however, continue to purchase your product from Costco. The price per bar is a much better deal. Even though, I personally will miss the choice in flavors. Thank you for a great product.”

As a smaller company (without the scale of the bigger brands), our shipping and logistics costs tend to be significant. We are striving for more effective ways to ship ice cream products.

“I love your Ice Cream....I didn't realize however until after ordered that the boxes contained so few bars compared to costco. I was really ordering for my Girlfriend which is why I went ahead with the $35 shipping...won't do that again either. You've a great product, but not worth $85 for what I got. “I am a huge fan of the Keto Bars, Got to try my frist one through my Costco membership but now they no longer carry them which upset me. So I went outline and Ordered more Bars and didnt know you had Pints as well. So I got every flavor and was super excited to try. But the issue is with the icecream in the Pints its almost un eatable. First out of the freezer it has a chalky texture. Its just falls apart and crumbles when your trying to push your spoon through it to get a bite. Totally different than any other icecream texture. If you let it sit out for 30-45 min it will change but really who wants to eat almost melted icecream. So something just seems off with the Pints. I will continue to buy the bars and hopefully over time the Pints will get a better icecream texture.
Also the Bars I ordered the Mint choc all the outsides broken and crumbled. It wasnt like like that on the Salted or the peanut butter ones.”

I tried to ask cust service and no reply. Is it shipping or ?? i checked the website again 2 days later and everything is out of stock...Be sure people can get your product before sending out a response like this. Again the Ie Cream is awesome, but getting it is the pits....”
