“Purchased a watch. That was little bit faulty. Informed the head office. They just send me the new watch without asking me to return the old one. Watch reached before the reply of the message. Very happy with the service. Still have to send the old one back. Will do when get off time from work”

“The watch is outstanding but there is no paperwork on any type of warranty what it is made of. All is on line and for seniors if they loose their phone no record or history!!!A short history would be useful as a collector. Good luck.”

“Very very bad customer service I paid $66 extra for express delivery. I did not receive my parcel till today after one month of purchase moreover you can not trace and track the parcel. All deliveries are from China and the seller or business owner is in Australia.My recommendation do not trust this, you will be regret for this. Kewal Singh”

“Watch is really good but worst service. I ordered watch on Jan 31, 2022 and paid for express shipping so that it will deliver within 7-14 days but I received package on Mar 7th. I understand COVID will have effect on shipping but they did not even ship until Feb 23. I sent them follow up email, filled contact form on their website to know about order status but no answer. I sent them Whatsapp message, they read it but no answer.”
