I returned my order by post. Have yet to receive a refund despite contacting customer service twice

Product delivered was not as described on web. Return procedure with your courier a shambles. Communication response from your support team very patchy. I would be very hesitant to use your online service again. Refund was processed promptly once return sorted.

39 , I am very disappointed and have refused to pay the above customs fees, I have advised by my solicitor that the package will be returned to you the sender and I will then expect a full refund.

I really like Kilkenny Design and find the delivery service efficent. However, I recently had to chase up a refund for a returned item and it left me feeling a little less inclined to shop with you.

I had to email the company to get my refund processed even though the dress was returned the pay it arrived which was well over a week ago possibly 2 .

AVOID I’ve had the worst experience dealing with this company online Terrible customer service Returned purchased items & received by your company on 02/11/23 I returned tracking with An Post as required by your company I was told it hadn’t arrived even though I had the tracking & time of delivery 7 phone calls & 6 emails got nowhere after been told it would be sorted last week Still nothing after more Calls & emails Only received refund yesterday I was asked several times what I purchased couldn’t even find my item’s under order number Dreadful to deal with
