“The canteen of cutlery we ordered was beautiful and perfectly packaged. And it arrived so quickly from Ireland to all the way down under in Sydney Australia. This was bought as a wedding present and the happy couple were totally delighted to receive a lifelong special gift.”

“Very prompt online service. Very happy with item. However, a click and collect service would be very useful. I rang one store to ask if they could order in an item that was on website. They said it could take 2 weeks so I just bought it online.”

“As always service excellent and delivery timely. Thank you. I was somewhat disappointed with the presentation of my purchase as it was a gift. The packaging was poor with no presentation bag. The card with the gift message requested was poorly placed and couldn't be passed on to the recipient of the gift. It's a lovely idea but attention to detail is important and this clever idea didn't work and I'm sure was time consuming. I passed on my feedback to the customer service team but I'm not sure it was appreciated!”

“it was easier buying on line then buying in Ireland and trying to bring certain items back with me. Needed to leave candles and diffuser's there. There was plenty of packeting around my items so nothing was damaged. Haven't tried anything yet as I wanted the pieces I bought for presents in England, something different to receive as gifts.”

“Bought gionni bag on line.. but it turned out to be to small..returned it to store in liffey valley.. pleasant staff..no problem with returns . Very professional..only fault is you do not get the cost of postage back when ordering on line 😒”
