All I have gotten from them since I've been emailing them about getting a FULL REFUND is them offering a small percentage of what I paid for the items, for me to contact "Custoner Service", which they don't even have a phone number for, and an explanation of how they will lose money and products if I cancel and get a refund.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting a week later.
Customer service just blame it on royal mail and refuses to refund the extra postage money that I have totally wasted.
Will never buy a thing from them again.

Wrong size ordered , so tried to return only to be told there was an scent on the item !!!! I am allergic to all scents so it is impossible for there to be a scent on the item 😡😡😡wasnt given a refund , first time i have ordered and it will be the last time and i will tell eveyone i know about how i have been treated

They sent me paper labels to print and ship back to them which I had to wait till it got there to get a refund or for them to send the correct size I ordered.
