“My order arrived without the personalisation.
I contacted Kindred Fires via email and Tasha Yeates from their support team replied very quickly. I explained the problem and Tasha clarified that I had used emoji’s in my personalisation which weren’t recognised by their computer software and that she'd personally raised a new order which was sent out the next working day - you can’t ask for more than that.
You never really know how good a company is until you require their customer service department!

“The candle smells and looks nice but it was smaller than I expected and the gift box it comes in doubles up as the packaging, so it has a big address label on it which you can't take off without ripping the box, not ideal for an engagement gift.”
