“Disappointed that I was charged £2.75 for replacement labels for advent candles. Bought for presents, but all three arrived with my name on?? Didn’t realise in the ordering process that my name would be on all three! Thought they would have been replaced without charge in the interest of customer relations when spending over £40!”
“I ordered 3 of the same candles with the bath salts and gift box. The candles were smaller than I thought but smell amazing. Not sure I'd pay £78 for 3 of the same items again but nice if you want something personalised and money isn't too much of a problem”

smaller and the label which is stuck on with the personal message was so small it is barely readable.
Very disappointed as it’s a leaving gift for a special friend.
I contacted the sellers and they said a refund was not going to be offered.
Definitely would not order anything again.”
