“I placed an order and it didn’t arrive for 3 weeks’ The lovely candle was for my sons teacher and by the time it arrived schools had closed for the Xmas holidays and the teacher moved back to her original school.
So unfortunately, she didn’t get the lovely candle and I was then left with a personalised candle.
I did email, but got the standard response of the Royal Mail strikes.
Other companies decided to use other couriers to ensure their customers got their items within a reasonable time.
