Placed an order at the start of January 2021, the website said a few days for delivery when I purchased in time for the funeral, itās June 2021 and itās only just arrived. The communication from the ācustomer serviceā team if you can call it that, is defensive and didnāt take time to understand the experience from a customer perspective, I wasnāt given any form of apology, it was more āit is the way it is now, like it or notā which I think is an extremely poor customer service approach from being a CS manager myself. I would never order again from here and feel I deserve my money back, product received or not, for being 6 months out of pocket and as to meet basic customer service standard”
