“Kindred Fires failed to print the place name on the candle. When I queried this they blamed me. I will look at alternative companies for this type of gift.”

The only thing was the box was crushed and dirty.
It was also late and I was unable to track it.
I guess that's on the post and handling side of things.
Maybe wrap the boxes or place the box in a box to prevent it getting squashed and dirty, I think people would be happy to pay the extra for their mail to be safe.
Other then that the gift box its self is cute the candle is awesome and smells beautiful I also love the matches!
