“I bought my memorial candle as I wanted to burn it all day at Christmas, to remember my husband. Delivery was fast and it smelt lovely. Orange and cinnamon. We lit it at 6am and it was still going strong at 6pm. There is more left as it says 25 hours, so will also use for new year. Lovely item, thanks x”
“I placed an order with Kindred Fires on 15th December for a gift for my wife's 40th birthday. I received a dispatch email on 20th December that contained a tracking link but no tracking number. It is now the day before my wife's birthday and this gift will not reach her in time for her big day. I am very disappointed as I believed I would receive her gift in time and I have also sent email to KF and used their contact us link on the website and received no reply.”
