“We were in search of a new cooker and were advised to look at Kingdom Appliances. After checking out the available built-in ovens and identifying a potential oven, I check out the online reviews of the oven and also visited a local retailer to view a similar item. Having made our decision and we placed to order. We were contacted within 48 hours and offered a delivery date within 4 days of the purchase. The delivery driver was very personable and made sure that we check the oven thoroughly before accepting delivery. The oven was as described and performs well. A very pleased customer who will be back again.”

Hi Ben, Generally speaking, we aim to deliver within 5 working days. However, in some instances delivery can take a little longer. In cases like that, we guarantee delivery of items within a total of 10 working days from the initial purchase date. Our drivers leave from our headquarters in Birmingham to various areas of the UK. To get ahead of traffic, they do leave early in the morning. And as a standard process, we contact customers that are due to receive items early in the morning the day before. We are sorry this failed when arranging your delivery. Despite the failed delivery attempt in the morning, we did have our driver come back the same afternoon to deliver your item. We hope that this shows our commitment to resolving issues when things go wrong and this does not preclude you from using our services again in future. Kind regards, After-Sales Team

“Very positive experience for the first time that I have used Kingdom Appliances. The cooker I chose was listed as having faint scratches on the top and dents in the side. I couldn’t see much evidence of this in the photos but was reasssured by the fact that, if I was unhappy on delivery, then I could return it with the same driver on the day. Delivery went smoothly with the driver phoning me 30 mins before arrival to let me know he was close by. I inspected the product on the doorstep and was very happy with my purchase. There were no surprises, only a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use this company in the future.”
