“These guys are really good, I was able to ask questions about the product through online chat and get immediate clear answers. I placed the order at at 9pm and by 10am someone called me to make delivery arrangements. They called me just before delivery and then turned up exactly when they said. I was given time to check the product without being rushed. This is the way online retail should work.”

“Great customer service from start to finish. Ordered Sunday evening, they called me on Tues (it was BH mon) to ask it it was ok to deliver next day. Called again with half hour time slot, then text on morning of delivery with exact time. Appliance as described, in fact better than I thought!”
