“I was delighted with the service, hassle free from beginning to end. I had a couple of questions which were answered immediately by phone, in a courteous & friendly manner. I was kept informed regarding the delivery of my fridge/freezer, which arrived 2 days after purchase, on time & was delivered again by a courteous driver. It was a New Graded appliance with a couple of scratches that, as integrated, wouldn’t be seen. I’m delighted but it’s not in use yet as my kitchen isn’t quite ready !”

“Never heard of Kingdom but took a punt based upon reviews I could find. What a result. Ordered Monday afternoon, delivered early Thursday morning 100 miles away, delivered by a great delivery driver. Graded AEG extractor ordered £100 cheaper than anywhere else, product marked as unmarked. Kingdom were helpful on the phone advising that the item would arrive complete with all instructions and fitting kit, which it did. Got a phone call off them Tuesday advising of Thursday delivery. Delivery driver phoned when he was 30 minutes away and arrived bang on time, asked me to fully check product before I accepted it. Item was in the original (admittedly bashed) box, but that was the only issue I could find wrong with it. Hood still completely wrapped with protective film, completely unmarked and is currently whizzing away in the kitchen after simple installation. I'll be checking this company for future purchases, and no, I've no links to the company or owners!! Worth the risk for me and then some. Thanks”

“Graded product which cost £140 less. It took 3 pairs of good eyes to find the very slight mark on the side of the oven which won’t be seen in the housing unit. The diver waited while we inspected and would have returned the oven if not satisfied. Delivered in 48 hours. Excellent service.”

“The extractor which we purchased was actually faulted, as the front would not clip into the back so would not stay in place. It was lucky that my husband is very handy and was able to bend the clips on the unit to enable the whole unit to fix into the required slots, otherwise we would of had to return the whole extractor.”

“I was not familiar with Kingdom Appliances, but they had the cooker hood I wanted. Ordering was very straightforward. Price very good. Web page mentioned the hood was a new item, with no visible marks. Delivery was prompt and efficient but on unpacking the hood we discovered the chimney section was slightly damaged. Delivery driver was extremely helpful, phoned the office to sort best solution. We kept the hood and emailed Kingdom to ask for a replacement chimney section. Within half an hour an agent was on the phone advising a new chimney would be ordered and despatched via Hermes. Arrived within days. Overall we received a very efficient, professional and courteous service. Will definitely use Kingdom again.”
