“Good value but delivery could have been better. Arrived without warning and lucky I was in. why do delivery firms do that ? On the plus side the driver was helpful in getting it off the pavement. Items were accurately described and have been in use several weeks now.”

“On the whole very pleased. They were very honest by warning us that there was only one left (of the specific Zannussi washing machine that we wanted). and it had "a few scratches on the top & fascia". On arrival...we really struggled to see them. Anyway, I paid the £9.99 'recycling fee' in with the total payment. 2 days later a friend said he would remove it and take it away. Kingdom Appliances were great about this and refunded the £9.99. I have one, and only one, issue. We have 3 steps leading up to our front door, i did make them aware. On delivery day (just me, v v bad back so not well) & my 75 year old mother. The delivery was done by just one person "who was just a driver". He asked if we could help him lift it up the 3 stairs. Impossible. He refused and said he would either take it back or leave it in middle of driveway. We phoned the company. Very long story short.... we paid some guys who were in a van down the road to help.”

“I spotted a top end tumble dryer at a very low price. I thought at first it was too good to be true but I Googled the Kingdom Appliances to ensure they were legit. The dryer itself was meant to have scuff marks on one side hence the low price. These marks would have been hidden any way once in place so I wasn't bothered, but when it arrive to me it looked in perfect condition. The new Tumble Dryer is great, very efficient. I have 3 young kids so it is on a lot, it has probably paid for itself in reduced electricity bills!”

“Ordered an integrated appliance (freezer)knew prior it was discounted-had few scratches to housing. When the joiner went to fit it the steel rod to adjust legs missing. I have phoned and emailed asking for a refund to no avail.”
