“Good product at lowest price that I'd found and was happy that delivery was free but extremely limited delivery dates and had a bit of a job on finding somewhere to deliver it within 24 hours as it was going to then be at least a week by the next time they could come. Worked out OK in the end but I'd have been very frustrated if I had had to wait, especially when it advertised delivery within 5 working days.”

“I've ordered with Kingdom several times before and haven't had a problem previously. This time unfortunately there was an error in the product description, which claimed that the washer/dryer we purchased had a temperature sensor to stop drying when it detected the items in the machine were dry. We realised after using it a couple of times that such a feature does not exist on the model we received. Quite disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was as described. It would be great if Kingdom offered an installation service.”
