“Descriptions of larder fridge clearly indicated no dents / marks on front. There WAS a dent and also scratches . Driver was fabulous and helpful. We kept the fridge as had emptied our old one and moved it outside. Delivery was 6.45 am!- husband had knee surgery and is on crutches. Wouldn’t use this company again. Good price but why lie about the damage? Dishonest advertising.”

“I bought a 'graded' Neff induction hob. Ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday 8am Deivery driver was very nice and even offered to move it to another room for me as it was so heavy. Brilliant communication from the company. The hob looks in perfect condition although can't try it yet as kitchen not fitted. I only checked the actual hob as unable to lift up to see underneath but I don't have any concerns. Very happy with the service. Thank you.”
