“From the initial enquiry , the response was professional, the items I required were not in stock , being ex display equipment with a delivery imminent, I was told that once the next delivery arrived they would inform me what was available. A little chasing was required but this was due to the products being examined and tested. Both AEG ovens were delivered on time . They look very good although I have not installed them yet , I am sure from the other reviews, replacement or repair if necessary will be executed Accordingly.”

“AEG oven was delivered within 5 days and the driver allowed us to examine it with no pressure. Condition was excellent and as described plus it came with all booklets and trays etc. Excellent experience and when our dishwasher or washing machine gives up....we will be back.”

“I would rate them higher but I got a weird issue where I got confirmation of the order which said to check my details were correct (especially my contact number) which I did and they were all present and correct. Then I got an email a few days later saying there would a be a delay shipping my order as I didn't provide a contact number and so needed to phone them. Which was quite frustrating. Otherwise, I can't really fault them. Great service from everyone I spoke to, delivery turned up when they said and appliance was as described.”
