Thanks for the feedback Andrea. Had a quick look at the order and you ordered after our 2pm cut off point on a Tuesday for same day postage, so it was sent the next working day and arrived on Friday the same week. Unfortunately once we post it it's out of hands and we can only do so much to get it to you quickly.

“Great products. I really enjoyed being able to enjoy the taste of nice hash and buds but without the major headiness of modern skunk etc. A lovely subtle high. My only criticism is the packaging. My 1g of hash was in plastic and cardboard. We know what we're ordering so you can keep it minimal and simple to make it better :D”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you aren't pleased with your purchase. In future please do contact us to let us know there was an issue, that way we can fix it. To address the low levels of THC, legally we cannot sell any product with high THC in it so I'm not quite sure what you were expecting considering you knew the product was very low in THC before making the purchase.
