Hi Abbi, I have the email thread in front of me. At no point did any member of staff speak to you in anything other than a professional manner. Edd was trying to determine the reason why you wanted to return the gummy's, and maybe offer an alternative product which might have been more suited to your condition. Initially you wanted a partial refund, which quickly escalated into you demanding a full refund after the first email correspondence when Edd was trying to ascertain the reason you wanted a partial refund. We excepted your reason to return the product and have processed a full refund before you have written this review. I'm not sure what else we could have done to please you in this instance?

“Great product. Ordered some of the more 'premium' grade bud and its was pretty effective when compared to other websites I have tried. The products were also slightly under what I'd pay for similar items on rival sites. Delivery was also spot on - very speedy. Overall, I would rate this sir highly in all areas after my first purchase and will be a returning customer.”

“I read a lot of views and was looking forward to smoking what I had purchased but when I opened it I was disappointed it looked nothing like what I had ordered and it didn’t smell of any thing I will be ordering again but hopefully it will be what it saids it is !!”

“Recently ordered a few products from KOG. Unfortunately they never arrived in the post.... (thanks Royal Mail). Anyway I sent an email to let KOG know what had happened. I revived a swift reply from the director Edd, to which he informed me that he would get in contact with Royal Mail to see what had happened. A few days later Edd let me know RM had not got back to him he and he was sending another package that would arrive before 1pm the next day! It indeed did! Could not be happier with my flowers, and double goes for the customer service! Thank you KOG”
