“As far as the merch I have received it is top notch! I am still missing a onesie from my last order with you guys. I would still like to have this product. It has been out of stock or lost in the ware house move since August.”

“Ordered two tye dye bad religion shirts and an age of unreason hoodie on September 29 2023. Got the hoodie in late November, one of the tye dyes just before Christmas and the last tye dye doesn’t exist on account of someone robbing your old warehouse or something so I settled on a pair of sweatpants just because there is really nothing else I wanted to substitute. ON TOP OF THAT; last year my seeet mum ordered me the American Jesus Harley Tshirt and that has yet to come. EVER. Without any reason. However, the customer service agent I dealt with throughout this ordeal was amazing and very very helpful and is probably an essential member of your team. GIVE THEM A RAISE. Lower your heads in shame otherwise.”

Hello, apologies for the delay with some of your items. This order was placed in the middle of a massive warehouse move. If items you have are out of stock, we're always able to just issue a refund for the item instead of swapping it out for something else. Hello, we were never contacted to let us know you were missing any items in your order. The first 2 times we sent your order out it was returned to us due to it not being a correct address. We shipped it a third time and sent you tracking for the package and never heard anything back about there being any issues. Hello, it looks like we received 2 orders from you at the beginning of 2023. One was shipped within a couple of days, the other was a pre-order and it was shipped as soon as the item was delivered to our warehouse. That item was delayed but we sent an email to customers about the delay. The only email we received from you asking about the status of your order was responded to promptly. Hello, your order was placed when we were deep in the middle of a massive warehouse move which caused the delay. That's pretty much over now and orders are shipping very quickly at this point. There was a ton of product to ship out from the old place and receive it in at our new warehouse. Things got a bit backed up but as soon as item was received at our new warehouse, orders for that item shipped out right away. It looks like you emailed to check on the order and were responded to and we explained the situation and offered a refund if the wait was too long. We appreciate your order and your patience. “After waiting over 3 weeks, I opened up a PayPal Claim. FINALLY they shipped my order. Looks like reporting them to PayPal is the only way to get your order when dealing with these guys. AVOID!!”

Hello, our shipping rates are generated based on the weight of the package and the shipping method chosen by the customer. It looks like you placed your order on 12/14. We had a notice up in the store that all orders placed after 12/13 would not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. However, we still shipped your order a few days after it was placed and it arrived to you before Christmas on 12/22. We appreciate the order and hope you are enjoying the items you received.
