Ordered 2 records, only received 1. Took 3 attempts and over a week before anyone responded to my claim. Been a week since that response and I am still waiting for the missing item or any information on when I might get it.

Shirt was backed ordered but Kings Road Merch stayed in contact with us by email with updates when it was going to be sent. Very professional and we got our shirt and are very happy.

Both LPs are warped beyond playability. Return policy states they don’t accept music that has been opened, but how can you see a warped record in a sealed package? Reached out to customer service to ask if I really wasted 40 bucks on unplayable records. Customer service said they were sending replacements, but nothing has arrived. Looks like i wasted 40 bucks.

Mostly a great experience! I have had a couple of issues with preordering items and having no idea when they would come and no communication ahead of time.

Ordered Cannibal Corpse butchered at birth mesh shorts. Arrived super fast only problem after one wash the print is peeling up.

I've ordered twice from KRM. The first order came in with little trouble, if I remember correctly. The second order was an awful experience. The pressing plant had delays, which I understand, but considering the date kept getting set multiple times over, and when missed, no one received any email update to let them know that is unacceptable. The only way I knew what was going on was to constantly message customer service on the date it was supposed to ship and got scant responses with very little info. To add insult to injury, it was already known before that date that the pressing had been pushed back time after time, and still no communication to customers. I truly hope the experience getting the White Trash preorder isn't the same, or I may never buy another record through KRM again. I'm also really keeping my fingers crossed on this one, because I love so many bands that you sell for. Please please please come through on this one.

socks, they say “Deny Nothing” on them. I have size 14 feet so they didn’t really fit but I didn’t really intend to wear them. Because; they’re holocaust awareness socks. Why would I wear them? It’s not a funny issue or conversation piece. They are socks tho so I’m kinda confused. Anyways they’re on a shelf next to my crystal (glass) ball. If anybody ever asks about them I’ll say “yeah, those are my holocaust awareness socks” I was gonna wear them though. They look cool

I’ve had a poor experience to he honest. Both of the albums I have pre-ordered from you have come with digital downloads that would not work. The only option available to do anything about it or to contact kings road merch is writing to your “support”, and after doing that several times, I still have yet to receive a response or any help or a working digital download code. Also, I know there were troubles with pressing vinyl this year as well but it took almost a year for me to get the second album I ordered. Probably will avoid ordering from you guys in the future even though both of my favorite bands use you as their primary merch supplier.

Ordered a black Refused shirt via the web. Received a grey Refused shirt in the package I received. Created a case through Kingsroad support portal and even updated the case about a week after I created it. Never heard back from anyone. Would not recommend to others.

You did a great job at ripping me off!! I made 2 separate orders back in February or march. I emailed you about it you said it would come in may it is now July and I haven’t received anything. No merchandise no emails saying it shipped or got delivered. Nothing!! WTF! Really horrible customer service. Can I get my money back?!

Got that double cassette of early ACxDC and it rips. Case was a bit cracked in transport, but it was minor. All around great experience.

Everything is awesome. Please Bring back stickers.. epitaph and fat are the only 2 record companies that don't send a boat load of stickers like Sbam, flail, pirate press all send stickers with purchase. Makes buyers happy!!!
