“When we ordered we were told there was an accessory free coming with. Didnt happen. Thats after I spent over six hundred dollars for concert tickets and backstage passes which the concert was cancelled, for what i thought was a very understandable reason. Two weeks later the concert is back on,..but no where near us. My money was held up for six months for nothing but to upset my 17 year old who was unbelievably excited. Nit to mention the 200 deposit i lost on our hotel room,..as we were going to Rochester which is hours from our home. I am no longer a fan. Thats called being shitty.”

“I ordered Rancid Life Won’t Wait vinyl. It was shipped in a great package and reasonably timely. The only bad thing was when I pulled out the first record, I ripped the cover. Kings Road did a great job!!!”
