Hello Jason, The shirt you ordered was a pre-order for 5/8 and once we knew we wouldn't have these shirts on time, we sent an email out that you were included on. That email stated that these were delayed in shipping out. We shipped this out as soon as we could but things are just a bit backed up with everything going on. We do appreciate your order though, thank you!

Hey Dave, it looks like this face mask has since delivered. Once it leaves our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes the delivery service to make the delivery. We appreciate the order though, thank you!

“Order took over a month to ship, still waiting on my other order. No response from the company when asking about order status. Support is useless, unable to help in any way. The order tracking system is also garbage. It showed my order still waiting to be packaged for over a week after I finally got my items.”

Hello Brian, Yes, things are a bit backed up and it's taking longer to ship out orders. Your first order looks like it was held up a little longer than it should have due to us waiting on one of the items to arrive that we had reordered and wanted to ship your order complete. The other order you made should be shipping out within the next week or so based on when you placed it. I looked up your account and do not see any emails from you to us about any of your orders. “Shipping cost was way too much. Other companies are only $5-$7 for shipping for a shirt,not the nearly $24 i paid thru Kings road merch.”

“Got the gear that was preordered in a timely manner. I appreciate the items you sell. One thing that I would change would be to list what brands are used on shirts. I know how Gilden shirts fit but the soft stuff tends to be slimmer and often don’t know which I’m ordering.”
