“My Watain merch is top quality stuff. The "Trident Wolf Eclipse" box set was worth every penny I paid and although I have had several great box sets by other bands this stands out amongst all of them. You have won a very loyal fan and customer.”

“Every time I've ordered from KRM it's come in a timely fashion and the only time there was an exception, an email was sent. But there are never emails sent when the items are shipped or no tracking numbers provided.”

“Prints look amazing. Designs are amazing. Shirt quality sucks. Not sure when bands started printing on thin soft cotton shirts that aren’t durable and constantly fray. But it’s seriously annoying. I’m sure it’s a cost thing but either way just wanted to support some of my favorite bands.”

“UPDATE: I received a prompt response to this review and they said they just identified an issue with them not receiving messages through the web site and they never got my messages. They also gave me a discount code to use in the future. I appreciate the prompt response and good customer service. I was also informed that they recently updated their warehouse system which caused some delays. I will probably give ordering from Kings Road another shot. I am happy with my purchase, but shipping was incredibly slow. I ordered on April 9th and did not receive my package until the 26th. When I went to check the status of my shipment (I understand that shipping carriers are frequently to blame), my order said that it was unable to retrieve tracking information and to contact customer service. I sent two messages using the link several days apart and I never received a response for either one from Kings Road. I'm glad I finally got my package, but I'm not happy with the lack of response. Probably will not order from here again because of this.”

“Quality hoody, screening is well done. Size was inaccurate. I ordered and received an XL, but it was really small. It fits like a large medium. A note that they run small would be good.”

“Kings Road didn't ship the product in advance of street date (contrary to what it said on the order page and confirmation email), instead shipping it a few days afterwards (despite the preorder having been available for 6 months!). It arrived 7 days later, despite being shipped from 400 miles away (LA to SF). Their customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. In the future I'll pre-order records from my local record shop or other online source - Kings Road and Music Today are engaged in a race to the bottom for worst major-label fulfillment house.”
