“I paid nearly $16 for delivery and my order didn't ship for 8 days. Only after I emailed and questioned when to expect delivery. I called the telephone number that I found online and it's a recording. No opportunity to speak with anyone.”

“I purchase the a blanket for my daughter for Christmas and was getting a little worried because the tracking information didn't seem to be updating and I didn't know what was going on or the status, but once I emailed and you responded immediately I was made to feel comfortable and a few days later my purchase arrived. I am very happy with the blanket and I know my daughter will be. It is the one thing she said she really wanted. It is very nice and looks warm and comfortable. Thank you.”
