“Had issue with lots of popping on record . I cleaned and pops continued. Emailed and KR replied they would send a replacement right away. Got it and sounds greatm was even the same variant, which I was not expecting.”

“I would love to write a review, but unfortunately, my merchandise has not arrived after a month and a half. If they get the merchandise to me before Christmas I will change this review, but as of right now I am not happy.”

“It was pleasure doing business with King Road merch. I ordered a couple vinyls and they arrived wet and damaged. The mail person head a letter attached to them saying she is sorry they got damaged during her delivery. I emailed KR and they said the items will be resent with no additional fees to me. A couple weeks later they arrived and everything turned out okay. Thank You so much KR for the friendly and professional service. It was greatly appreciated.”

“The trice album I got plays good and all that, but the color is like no existent in it. It's just clear with like 2 whisps of color if you hold it at the right light. absolutely nothing like the picture in the pre-order.”

Hey Emily, Unfortunately, record pressing plants around the world are beyond capacity and serverely backed up. We have been working to get these records delivered to us as quickly as possible and once they were we shipped them out immediately. The tracking shows your package was delivered to your front door. If you ever have issues in the future with anything you order from KRM feel free to message us at support@kingsroadmerch.com and we'll take care of you. We'll go ahead and send you a replacement record since you did not receive this one. Thank you!

“Very upset with my order. I ordered a record and was shipped the wrong variant and was not notified late of the mix up in colors and the company didnt offer a solution to the mix up. I purchased the order expecting to get a certain color and was not at all close to what I ordered. I understand supply issues aren't the greatest right but shouldn't offer a variant and not follow through with it. Only thing they could say is it was pretty much not their problem politly.”

Hello, we actually emailed all customers who ordered this exclusive variant to alert them of the change in color of the vinyl. I checked that email list and you are on it and the label also posted about this on their social media to let customers know. Our exclusive variant came in differently than we expected so we reached out to customers to alert them as soon as we were made aware of this. This is the only variant we have, it's still the same album and still just as limited, the was just different due to a mix-up with the pressing plant. If you are unhappy with the record you received you are welcome to send it back for a full refund but we do not have a different color to replace your record with. Apologies for any confusion and we hope you still enjoy the album. Thank you!

“You are kidding right to ask me my opinion? I order in July 20 a preorder vinyl supposed to be shipped Septembre 17th and I still don't have it yet... (November 8th). I sent you a email to at least receive my merch attached to the vinyl and Kings Road just said : "No, it's in the same order so we will ship at the same time"... worst experience ever and I still don't know if I will receive my vinyl in 2021...”

Hello, your full order is in transit to you now and the last tracking update from today notes that it arrived in your country today so it should be delivered to you very soon. A lot of vinyl release are being delayed by the manufacturer right now and pressing timelines are getting longer and longer at pressing plants around the world. As soon as we were made aware of the delay with this record you pre-ordered we sent an email out to all customers to alert them of the delay which you seem to have received. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays and work to get these items delivered to us ASAP and ship out orders in full right away once they arrive. “Horrible, I payed almost double the value of the item for shipping and never received anything. I checked the tracking on the item and it states as delivered. Will never pre-order again from Kings road”

The last tracking update shows that it arrived in your country on 11/3 so it should be delivered to you shortly.
