“Took waaaaayyy too long to ship! Placed order on Dec 3rd with 2 day shipping and received 2 weeks later. Should never take that long to ship out an in stock item :(”

“The product I had preordered was released Nov 29, and there were no updates until I contacted support Dec 11. It was then the shipping label was finally made and shipped out, now not arriving until after Christmas, seems like they forgot about my order. If you can find the same product elsewhere I would recommend doing so. Their support was quick to respond but there are alternatives out there you probably won't have to contact their support in the first place.”
