Hello, We shipped this order out back in early December but based on the tracking it looks like the USPS has just been moving this package around Los Angeles since then but it appears as if it might be finally heading towards its destination. We've just emailed you a link to track the package in case you didn't get that yet. If it looks like USPS might have lost your package please let us know and we'll send you a replacement but hopefully they'll get this delivered to you soon. Thank you! -KRM

“They offered a discount and a free face to face flex record with a $50 purchase. They did not ship the flex record. I contacted support and they said they were out and end up sending me a cassette instead. Such a bait and switch. I am a member of the face to face fan page where no one received a fexi.”

“I was very disappointed by the bait and switch over the Face To Face Merch and FLEXI deal for Black Friday. We were completely lied to. I ordered merch that I already had just so I could get it. Not a single person in the Fans and Collectors group got one and I know we were 99% of the orders. As a consolation I get sent a cassette tape which of course I already bought. So not cool.”

“I was told that one item of my order was back-ordered and would be delayed (totally understandable given the times) and so I asked if the items that were in stock could be shipped and that request was denied. When the out of stock item was available and shipped with the rest of my order, another item I had became out of stock and wasn't included in the shipment. And was simply told sorry that item is no longer available. Not the best customer service. Bummer.”

“Everything takes too much time. From the point of order , to the order being prepared , along with being shipped and receiving. If you want to wait one month for an order within North America , Kings Road is the place for you. I’ve also placed a $300 + order once which took more than 3 weeks for Kings Road to even look at . I cancelled it because clearly nobody cared.”

Hey John- you live in Timmons, Ontario. Your order over the US Thanksgiving holiday shipped within 3 business days, but if you want to pin the delivery delays on us, it's a free world but the USPS to Canada post delays (and any international mail) was slow worldwide. We can't control those perceptions, but the facts are different. Your $300 order had 3 items that were on active backorder at the time, so your cancellation 3 weeks later wasn't because we didn't care, it's just that in September of 2020, we had the pleasure of dealing with COVID. If someone on our team told you we didn't care, they were wrong, but i have a sneaking suspicion that wasn't the case. Take care, stay healthy and keep on keepin on.
