“Had a Horrible experience trying to get my Descendents zip up hoodie... the first one was lost in the mail? & it took over a month to get my money back as it was sold out. When it finally was back in stock I asked if there was ANYTHING you could do as far as a discount after all the BS I was put thru, & Kings Road would NOT give any sort of discount, etc. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!”

“They're a little pricier than buying from the labels directly (Fat, SBAM, etc.) but the records always arrive quickly and are never damaged because they're packed well. I'd rather spend a little extra than receive damaged goods.”

“I was so excited to make an order for items, but when I received my order, everything was incorrect. Wrong t-shirts, wrong sizes....so disappointed! Sent an email to request assistance and never heard back, that was 6 months ago.....would appreciate any assistance to get the items I ordered.”

“Placed my order 1 month ago and I’m still waiting for delivery. Shipping from the west coast of the US to western Canada should not take this long for any reason, and the shipping fee is nearly $20? I despise the fact that one of my favorite bands partners with you for its North American store and avoid ordering from this store unless absolutely necessary.”

Hello, after checking on your order it looks like your order shipped a few days after it was placed and has just been in transit for the last few weeks. “Bad experience. I ordered over $100 worth of merch as a Christmas gift for my bf on Dec. 6th. It never came, which made feel horrible, and on top of that the company was unresponsive until Jan 20th when I started commenting about my issue on their Facebook posts. They also deleted my comments from facebook which I think is super shady.”
